1. If you operate a large tonnage rotary drilling rig and the soil at the construction site is soft, you must investigate the environment in advance before construction, for example, take a long bamboo rod or wooden rod. If the bamboo rod can be inserted into the soil without any effort, and the situation is the same within a few meters, such site operators must not force the construction, because the probability of vehicle sinking is very high.

2. If you are working in a mountainous area, you must first know whether there have been landslides, debris flows and other natural disasters in the area. You can check the details such as the local vegetation area, whether the water is turbid, and whether there has been unreasonable drilling work in the local area.

3. Before construction, the working lights, working devices, wipers and other components of the rotary drilling rig must be checked in advance to ensure that they can work normally. If night construction is involved, the rotary excavator operator shall routinely check whether the working lights, fuel, etc. are normal before shift.

4. During the construction process, if you notice that the rotary drilling rig has subsidence and other abnormalities, don't panic and start walking. Don't force the construction. First find the support point, support the vehicle body with the boom of the rotary drilling rig to prevent further subsidence, and then try to return to the original road instead of driving to the unknown area.

5. At the end of construction, pay special attention to the area where the rotary drilling rig is parked. It is required that the terrain is high, the texture is hard, and away from the river, the foot of the mountain and other places. In addition, check whether the fuel of the rotary drilling rig is sufficient during parking, so as to prevent the machine from not having enough fuel in case of emergency evacuation.
